My granddaughter in Chicago sent me an arrangement from Bev's Floral. The arrangement was beautiful and the directions for care that came with it were outstanding! I asked my granddaughter how she found Bev's and she said she read the reviews. I live in an assisted living residence, and I later saw an arrangement from Bev's in the front lobby. That too was beautiful. Can't say enough good things about Bev's Floral & Gifts.

My children gave me a beautiful floral arrangement from Bev's Floral & Gifts for Mother's Day. Unfortunately, after the second day it was beginning to wilt. I sent an email to to Bev's after hours, and let them know that I was dissatisfied. Right away at 5:30 the next morning, I had a personal email (not one of those automatic, "no reply" types) from the owner, offering to pick up the original arrangement and deliver a fresh one at my convenience. The new one was even more beautiful than the first, and still looks as nice as it did on Monday. I am beyond impressed with the prompt response, that they stand behind the quality of their product, and that they made sure I was satisfied. You just plain do not find customer service like this very often any more. What a pleasant surprise!

Love Bev's! They do lovely work creating the perfect arrangement based on the recipient's favorite flowers. Always excellent service with prompt delivery. Thanks for the help expressing love across the miles!
